Launch of the 2026 Women’s Agricultural Grant

In a landmark event today, the Central HQ of Women in Support of the Renewed Hope Mandate officially launched the 2026 Women’s Agricultural Grant. This pivotal program is designed to transform the agricultural landscape by directly empowering a quarter of a million women farmers in rural communities across Nigeria.

The grant provides beneficiaries with essential funding, high-yield seeds, modern farming equipment, and comprehensive training in sustainable agricultural practices. This initiative is a direct fulfillment of the Renewed Hope agenda's promise to bolster food security and promote economic independence for women, who form the backbone of the nation's agricultural sector.

During the launch, the National Coordinator stated, "This is more than a grant; it's an investment in the future of our nation. By equipping our mothers and sisters in the farming communities, we are ensuring sustainable growth and building a resilient food ecosystem for 2026 and beyond. This is the Mandate of Renewed Hope in action." The program is set to be rolled out in phases, starting with states in the North-Central and South-West regions.
